In this series of photographs, the way we utilize gaze to communicate and create connection between one another without the use of words is explored.

By isolating the eyes, the environment is stripped away, creating a relationship between the looker and the looked at; creating tension, exposing vulnerability, and opening oneself to the language of the gaze.
